Proactive Builder Company Limited is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Designer to join our team in Mandalay. Position: BIM Designer

📍 Location: Mandalay, Myanmar

Responsibilities:

• Develop Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural, structural, and MEP projects.
• Create 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations to enhance project presentations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers for accurate design coordination.
• Utilize BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant tools) to create detailed models.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations in BIM designs.
• Assist in clash detection, model validation, and coordination reviews to minimize errors.
• Continuously improve BIM workflows and digital construction methodologies.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
✔ Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM tools.
✔ Strong knowledge of construction documentation, detailing, and specifications.
✔ Experience with clash detection and coordination in multi-disciplinary projects.
✔ Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

➕ Experience with 3D rendering software (Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape, or similar).
➕ Knowledge of parametric modeling and BIM automation.
➕ Familiarity with international BIM standards (ISO 19650, LOD specifications, etc.).
➕ Experience in infrastructure or large-scale construction projects.
